Complete exercises for 1 minute at a time
or alternatively, for example:
complete 10 repetitions,
after that, have a 30-second rest.
Repeat this 3-4 times.
Remember good posture as well as core support, which comes from breathing.
After activation, finish off with light recovery stretching.
Remember to drink water!
